Chances are you are not wearing the right bra size. The right size is more important than you think. Your breasts need sufficient support, especially during and after pregnancy. If you wear the wrong size, you may experience sore breasts, an uncomfortable feeling or neck and back pain.

Don't worry, we're here to help! With these 3 steps you can quickly and easily determine your size. Say hello to bras that fit like a glove!

STEP 1: Determine your circumference

Place the measuring tape around your back and under your breasts. Check in the mirror that your measuring tape is parallel to the ground, both along your back and under your breasts. The tape should be tight around your body. Find out what your circumference is in the table below.

STEP 2: Measure your cup size

Measure around the fullest part of your breasts, over your nipple area. This time, don’t wrap the tape measure so tightly around your body. While holding both ends of the tape measure with one hand at the sides of your breasts, use your free hand to push the tape measure in between your breasts. This will give you a more accurate measurement of your cup size. We’ll call this number B.
STEP 3: Calculate your cup size

Subtract your circumference measurement (A) from your cup measurement (B). This number will help you find your cup size in the table below.t
