This insert shield is a breast shell reducer and fits into the standard 26 mm breast shell.
The outer edge overlaps the breast shell, providing a soft, smooth edge.
These insert shields are sold individually.
If your nipple rubs uncomfortably against the inside of the funnel, use a larger breast shell/breast shell insert. If the areola is also sucked into the funnel, use a smaller breast shell.
For sensitive nipples and to stimulate the milk ejection reflex, it is advisable to use, for example, Ardo Optiflow to apply. It makes pumping more pleasant, massages the breast and therefore promotes milk flow.
