Cold use:
Most mothers experience pain or discomfort in the perineum during the first 2 to 3 weeks after giving birth, especially when walking, sitting, or urinating.

This ice strip relieves pain and discomfort in case of hematomas, pain after a caesarean section or hemorrhoids. The bandage must be cooled in the freezer for 4 hours before use. The bandage remains flexible and flexible and adapts to any body shape.

Unless your doctor or midwife tells you otherwise, you can use the soothing dressing for a maximum of 20 minutes. Wait at least one hour after each use before using the dressing again. Always check the temperature before using the dressing
Cleaning the ice strip
The dressing should be cleaned after each use with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly until no soap residue is visible and allow to air dry.

Warm use:

Warm up in warm water

1. Bring water to a boil, remove from heat when boiling.
2. Place the strip in the water for max 5 min.
3. Knead to distribute the heat
4. Place the strip in a sleeve and place it on the body part to be treated

Heat in the microwave

1. Place the strip in a microwave safe bowl and fill with water
2. Heat for 3 minutes at 600 watts
3. Carefully check the temperature of the strip and heat for another 30 seconds if necessary.
