How and when to use Hugs
- During your pregnancy for instant relaxation and connection with yourself, to take moments to reflect on the wonderful process

To make the spray even milder, we have chosen pure alcohol, made from wheat. Without added preservatives or other synthetic agents. The scent is 100% natural, consisting of high-quality oils, a large part of which is also organic.
