What kind and how much do you need during the maternity period?

The first few days it is best to use maternity pads (1 or 2 packs). When the blood loss decreases you can switch to the ultra extra pads (pink series). The extra cushion layer provides extra comfort for your sensitive pubic area.

After maternity use, it is best to choose 'super' during the day and 'long' at night.

A few days later, regular will suffice.

So provide 1 pack of each.

Once your blood loss has decreased, you can switch to the ultra pads (blue series).
These are much thinner.
