Open a sachet, remove the Multi-Mam compress and unfold it. Place the compress over the nipple and press gently, so that the bio-active gel makes optimal contact with the skin tissue. Leave the compress on the nipple for 30 to 60 minutes max. The compress is for single use. Any excess gel does not need to be removed before breastfeeding, the formula is safe for the baby. Repeat this treatment at least 2x per day, as long as the skin tissue of the nipple has not fully recovered.
